Shipping Guidelines

We ship everywhere! If it has an address, we will ship to it!

All orders placed within the United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products) Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

For International orders, although we correctly prepare each shipment for entry into customs, additional customs charges and taxes may apply.

Iron Lily is not responsible for delays in shipping delivery that result from factors outside its control such as merciless weather, acts of God, ferocious dogs, or any other shipper related issues(s).

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

Iron Lily proudly stands behind their products and strive to fully satisfy you. If for some reason you are only 99% satisfied with your merchandise we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or prior defective merchandise for return or credit, within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date. While trying on your Iron Lily items, please take great care to ensure that you DO NOT get make up, fake tan, deodorant, or any other stains or marks on your items.  If goods are returned with any of the above marks, we will be UNABLE to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.

All return shipping is free for customers in the United States. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, Iron Lily does not offer an exchange policy. Please follow the return policy steps below for the item(s) you wish to exchange and go to www.ironlily.life to submit a new order for your new item(s).  FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund.

Return Policy:

Even though everything we make is of the highest awesomeness, if you wish to return an item(s), please follow the steps below.

1. Contact customer service at info@ironlily.life and provide your order number, reason for return, and the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Once customer service has received your return information, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number to ship the item(s) back to the Iron Lily mother ship.

3. Please keep returned item(s) in the original packaging and indicate the RA# on the outside of the packaging.  If a package is received without an RA#, processing of your return may be delayed.

How long will it take to process returns?

Once we have received the returned products, refunds or credits are processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ** Iron Lily is not responsible for returned items that do not make it back to us. We highly suggest that you purchase postal insurance for your package before returning.

Where should I send my return?

Please send your returns to the below address.  Remember to indicate your RA# on the outside of the package when returning item(s).
