Being able to express myself through artistic movements is what has motivated me to stay active, fit, and maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
1- DONT BE DEFEATED BY FAILURE
According to the interweb the spectrum of definition for “fail” is pretty broad:
i. to fall short of success or achievement in something expected, attempted, desired, or approved
My time is very limited these days, and I suffer from a multitude of food allergies, so my belly likes to keep things consistent and simple. I prefer recipes with a handful of whole ingredients and minimal prep time. I’m going to share with you my recipe for a classic lemon vinaigrette. I’m obsessed with citrus and anything lemon and how can you go wrong with a go-to vinaigrette
For meals, I try to eat a carb, a protein, a fat, and a vegetable, but since protein pancakes and peanut butter (self-proclaimed addict) is my favorite for breakfast, I don’t always want to eat veggies on the side...
SO, one day when I was making protein pancakes, I thought, “What if I just blend spinach into the egg whites?” and WALLAH, it WORKED and exceeded all expectations.
